This best-in-class cargo van has cargo volumes that range from 259 to 463 cubic feet, depending if you chose the shorter low roof version to the high roof extended van. It offers exceptional cargo width between wheel wells and the power to haul heavy loads. With 25 different configurations available, this is one of the most versatile armored vans on the market. Dodge Promaster Vehicle Features

All models of the Promaster have 36-foot turning diameter, six-speed automatic transmission, class-exclusive front-wheel drive system, and your choice of engine. Choose from the 3.6L Pentastar V6 or the 3.0L EcoDiesel I4 engines. The Pentastar delivers award-winning V6 horsepower of 280 – without sacrificing fuel efficiency, and the EcoDiesel is ultra-efficient, providing 174 horsepower.

Rear doors swing out to 260 degrees, almost folding flat to the sides of the van. This allows for easy loading and unloading without damage to your armored van in even the tightest spaces. Doors have built-in detents at 90 and 180 degrees for different loading/unloading situations. Sliding doors have spacious 49-inch openings, while the rear door offers 60 inches of open space. Enjoy up to 76 inches of interior height for exceptional cargo space.

Vehicle Configuration Specifications

The RAM Promaster comes in several configurations, each with its own unique advantages. Customize your van for almost any purpose. Here is a brief overview of configuration options:

  • Cargo. There are 14 available configurations within the cargo van option. Choose from exterior heights of 88.7 or 99.4 inches, and wheelbases varying from 118 to 159 inches extended.
  • Chassis. The chassis cab can handle the largest jobs, with an upfit body width of up to 96 inches. Choose from 81-inch or 104-inch cab-to-axle width, as well as 136- or 159-inch extended wheelbases.
  • Cutaway. This armored van is similar to the chassis cab, with the same choice of wheelbases and cab-to-axle specifications. However, the Cutaway model has a deleted rear partition to enable quicker and more cost-effective upfits for customers who need an open interior space.
  • Window van. This van is ideal for deliveries, shuttling, and bus services, with customizable features to make passengers more comfortable. Choose from a 159-inch extended wheelbase and enjoy a vehicle height of 99.4 inches.

The purpose of the Association of Testing Centers for Anti-Aggressive Materials and Constructions (VPAM) is to promote the exchange of experience, mutual assistance in technical matters and mutual information.

Among other things, a common opinion will be made possible in central questions of the testing of attack-inhibiting materials (eg. in the development and introduction of new standards and guidelines).

Members of VPAM are independent and committed to neutrality. the testing bodies, which are members of the VPAM, work according to the relevant quality standards EN ISO / IEC 17025 (General requirements for the competence of test laboratories) and EN 45011 (General requirements for bodies which operate product certification systems.
